Michael is a true 'Navvy' from work on British Railway tracks to installations on the rooftops of skyscrapers, far away and unimaginable spaces in between. 

His vast hands-on experience in IT and governance stems from being employed by a global communications firm for over 22 years where he interacted daily with middle to senior leaders within a diverse, multi-cultured, global customer base across private & public sectors. 

Previously, he supported a Singaporean technology operations. His early career supported Irish 'Tech' businesses across the island of Ireland.

With a background in Telecommunications and electronics, Michael transitioned into IT Security in the early 2000's, gaining much experience across an evolving internet landscape. He holds many sought after professional security certifications which he leveraged as a trusted mentor.

Michael left a steady pensionable position in 2020 to embark on a journey of self-discovery and support others in achieving what they seek. He has gained much exposure since becoming certified as a coach in 2021. You can find out more on his academic background below

He is an avid volunteer giving back to society with key roles in large organisations that span across the globe. He currently lives in Ireland with his family where he embraces life in the great outdoors.
